Maybe you would like to elaborate on what you have just stated, more info is required before anyone can give you any assistance.

Used to ave a similar problem, on my Spiderbox 9000HD, with the front buttons not working, but never had a problem with the display. Usually just turning it off at the rear, and on again, got the front buttons working, not that I used them very often.

@pubs
As Aldo says a little more info would help, ie has it ever worked?, is it getting power? is it new?, can you see anything on your tv monitor?, has it the current patch installed?, have you done anything recently to it?, This could be a loose cable/ribbon connection inside the box between the main board and the front panel, worth a check. (unplug the 12v power from it first)

Hi
I have no numbers displayed but every now and then I will get a random number on the display that means nothing, also none of the front panel buttons work.

Sorry more details
The box has latest patch and works fine, the remote works perfect. It's about 10 months old and have had no probs until now.

Hi
Ok, only 3 options really,1: Send it back faulty. 2 : Check the ribbon connections inside the box for tightness. Or 3: live with it.

If you have checked that your electric power in plug is fine, maybe this issue occured if you had a corruption in any of the updates you did.
