IKS and your line are two different things.
You need to insert your line in SERVER SETUP (Others->Network->Server Setup)
Choose a line (from 1-8, it can be any line that is available)
In Type change to : Newcamd
In Ip Adress: Insert your server details
In Port: The port number (it has 5 digits to fill so if your port has less then that use 0's befor the number ie. port number is 1111 insert 01111)
Fill your ID and password , don't do anything to DES Key, and select apply
