black h-hole

hi guys I tuned s=y only a blue startup screen uv black hole really of this box had 6 weeks and no joy

Have you tried disconnecting it, for a minute, then turning it on again?
Are you stating that the box is stuck in boot up, on the GUI screen?
I'm not sure what Sky has to do with it, if the box is not booting up, or are you just stating that the channels aren't opening?
Can you please provide more information. In the worst case scenario you can try installing Black Hole again, providing you have your data backed up it wouldn't take long to get it back up and running.

If you are still experiencing problems can you please provide more information.
I know your last post was asking about seeing files, in a very old thread, is this anything to do with CCcam?
Have you recently updated the Black Hole image?
