Hi. My spider box 6000 is set up with a twin lnb system for 19e and 13e. I don't have a motor dish. It picks all the channels on 13e and the channels on the lower Transponder frequencies on 19e such as 10729/2200/v, but on the higher numbers on 19e there is no signal quality. Can anyone help me. Channels such as canal+ France were working in Sept/Oct last year, but stopped in Nov.
My box is updated to the latest software that came out this month

Do you mean a 6 degree monoblock LNB or two separate LNB's and a Diseqc switch?
I suspect it is a hardware fault, possibly the LNB, or diseqc switch, without more information, regarding your setup, I'm only guessing.
If it is a monblock LNB you could try switching it round, to test it, and see if 19E then works normally.
If it's two LNB's, and a Diseqc switch you could try running a cable, from the 19E LNB, to your receiver, and see if everything works.

Hi it's a monoblock. I suspect it's the lnb as the box tries to find the higher transponder numbers but there's no signal. I'm not sure if I could switch it round. Do you mean just turn the lnb upside down?

Just change it around, so that 13E points at 19E, just to confirm that it is the LNB.

Which satellite is your dish pointed at with a single lnb ? 19 or 13e.

To be honest I'm not sure what you mean. maybe I should upload a photo?
I have a sky dish above my monobock lnb which may help

Problem sorted. Guy who fitted the dish came back out, checked the dish, said it was fine. We did an automatic install and all channels started working again. Not sure what the problem was. Thanks for your help. Only realised that this thread shouldnt be on here. Should have been on the LNB thread.
