Hi guys is it possible to connect a slingbox to a 6000 hd and watch stuff in Crete with a broadband connection?

Yes m8 just connect your sling via the scart socket works a treat although to my knowledge there's no control over the box. I've attempted it a few times with various remote files but no joy I'm afraid.

Yes mate, ive done it fro the UK to cyprus, and used a slingcathcher the other end, its works very well, and will auto adjust for speed differential on the BB as well

Can you manually program remote via slingbox ?
For example OK --> 1F , etc. ?

It's been a while since I looked into it Blackdevil but the last I looked there weren't generic remotes or programmable ones. I had to do an intensive search a while back to get the file for my Spider 7000HD but I eventually found one.
