There are lots of IR learning Apps available for Iphone/Ipad etc however they require a purchase of dedicated hardware to send the IR data. IwavIT are one of the many companies offering such a product, however using such products can be a hit-or-miss affair as the IR codes transmitted are not always recognised by the "learning" device.
