New 6000hd can't find channel after upgrade firmware.

I received new spiderbox 6000 today. Set up using original factory firmware. Successfully found channels JSTV 1 & 2 and descrambled using conax card. I then upgraded the firmware using the instructions provided on this site. I can no longer find JSTV using either the blind or manual search function. Blind search finds hundreds of other channels. JSTV is on hotbird 13E 12,597 V. I've spent 9 hours attempting to get it working. I've rolled backed the firmware and rolled it forward again several times. Is there a difference between the default installation settings on the factory firmware and the latest firmwware?

Why didn't you save your working channel list (Normal Procedure) then reload it back in after patching, you are likely now overloading the box with too many channels. 6000 max.

Members with new Spiderbox 6000 are advised to load the patch from 30-08-2013, then load the latest patch:

For your information JSTV are Japanese Channels, and Not JSC Sports Channels.

Thank you for the assistance. Problem solved. Dsq is set to off on the patch upgrade. I guess the factory firmware had it switched on. I set Dsq to 2/4 and the channels appeared. Only took me 9 hours to work that out.
