hi guys anyone know where the cheapest place get ground mount the one with 4 concrete slabs in to hold it down thanks

Try an internet search for a non penetrating roof mount. Be careful to get the right size, for your motor/dish, 2" or 3".
Another option is the stand that bolts into concrete, or paving slabs, and can be adjusted, to get the pole vertical.
