duo only working on free to air

was working fine and now just stopped checked to see if cam was on and got a message saying sorry:wrong image found in flash. you have to install blackhole image in flash 2.0.9. not my box i have a solo 2 but this is second box to have this problem any help would be appreciated thanks

best check if these are official boxes from trusted sources, or clones with the BH image on them

could be a anti-clone measure ? just a thought
