Good morning to all.
Is there an rs232 upgrade tool for s3200ccihd (i know that it has an internal port to connect an rs 232 cable).
I have a receiver which in its menu does not show the instalation submenu it is empty , all the other submenus are ok.
Any solution?

The lack of installation menu normally indicates that the receiver has failed to detect the tuner.
This could be a faulty tuner or on this model as the tuner is mounted on a separate board it might not be making a good contact.
Either return it under warranty or if its out of warranty open the receiver, remove the tuner sub-board and re-seat it maybe it will then detect it.
