everything is set correctly but iam only sound and picture anyone had this problem before

You can get the sound, on some channels, even when they are encrypted.
Can you please provide more information:
Do you get sound, and picture, on FTA, Free to Air, channels?
What satellites can you receive?
If you are discussing Sky, 28.2E, remember most HD channels are no longer available, except with a genuine receiver, and an official subscription.
