green screen

hello again, switched 9000hd box on this morning and the screen is green have I seen somewhere before that the box has had it or can anything be done with it.

There is a recovery tool, you can try, look in the Spiderbox tools section.
Have you checked the cable connection, between your Spiderbox and television? A green screen could just be a faulty, or loose, connection, try a different cable, and HDMI port. Also try a scart cable, just in case your receiver has switched to default settings.

this can be typical of a loose or knocked scart lead connection at one end or the other (if using scart)

if its HDMI connected, check or change the cable and try again

also try it from the yellow composite out port to a tv yellow composite in port , to see if its the same

if in doubt, always check with a composite lead from yellow to yellow , to see if the fault persists

if the fault remains no matter which connection method is used, the box may be faulty , but usually its a lead or connector at fault as mickha rightly says , so always check or change the cable as a starter
