BT Sport question?

Is there any way I can watch BT Sports through my VU+ Duo (i'm using BH image)?

I've opened up the Browser plugin and entered the web address OK, but is there a way to enter my log-in details? as when I bring up the keyboard it only allows me to enter another url?

Or is there another plugin for a browser that will allow me to do this?

You might be better getting the BT sports app on your smart phone or tablet then using a little device called chromecast to stream it to your tv.
The app will allow you to enter your BT login details

Exactly what I do.

if you know the real stream url
you can use the mediaplayer on your vu to stream

copy the stream url to
/etc/enigma2/playlist.e2pls

But how would I put in my username & password there?

you can try and sniff out the real stream link
then add your username & password to the stream link
