I can scan for these channels, and they are in the channel list, till I hit ok to save them. Then they are nowhere to be seen?. I have scanned for the manually with the same result?. Running Blackhole 2.09. Any Ideas anyone?

Cheers

Try using dreambox edit on your PC and load the channels from your box. It might be that those channels you found have been saved as data services - you can change them in dreambox edit if this is the case - then re-upload them back to your receiver.

Ok I tried that (Editing the channel list and sending it back to the box) I can now hear the sound, but get the radio place keeper screen and no picture? I used Dreamboxedit latest version to change the type from data to tv. Any ideas whats to do next?.

Thanks

Sorry I forgot, I also had to change the type number from 1 (TV) to 25 (HDTV) before any of it worked

What about changing it back to data - and add it to one of your bouquets with dreambox edit?

Let me know what sat and frequency your scanning and I'll have a look tomorrow m8.

According to lyngsat 10994 H 22000 is DVB-S2 QPSK 9/10, which shouldn't make that much difference, but 11023 H 22000 is listed as DVB-S, not S2, can you please confirm your listings.

What I always do is after scanning a frequency is to go into channel list, then select 'New Services' from the particular satellite, go onto the channel from there. Once viewing it, back into channel list, then Menu > Add channel to bouquet. It always appears at the bottom of the bouquet, then move it around the bouquet to wherever you want to keep it.

Sorry Mickha, I did mistype that one, it should of course be as you describe

Hi Stevethejack, My problem is no longer the scanned channel not appearing in the channel list, but of being able to hear the sound, but not see the video on these channels. Thanks
