Hello, first of all thanks for the advice I've already had reading posts. I am not completely green as in the 80's I held an NEC satellite dealership installing analogue a/v systems for the great and the good of Cheshire. NEC was a premium product with a price to match and the manuals and service info was superb. However I've been away from the satellite TV scene for over 20 years and everything but the laws of physics has changed, and my heads a lot older and more befuddled! I am the proud owner of a new Vu+ Duo on a motorised dish. I love the duo2 but hate the do***entation, or rather the lack of it! I'm sure to cook up soon and need help - so please be gentle with me.
