Questions about Spiderbox 6000 HD

Hi!

I am new on this forum and I have some questions about my new Spiderbox 6000 HD.
I have updated my box with the latest patch,the box came with august 2013 preinstalled.

Why is it so few pages in the You****/Redtube apps?
I have experienced problems with these apps on satelitte receivers I had before.
Is this a common problem with You**** and Redtube?

When I installed the latest patch I got a new option in the menu called TWIN,what does this mean?

I also wonder what Softcam is and how to use?

The receiver have conax card reader, can I use my receiver with a viaccsess smartcard after i patched the box?

I will be thankful for an answer

welcome to the forum

the softcam is a notepad type of key file containing keys for some channels like bulsat on 39e and others , you can open it in notepad plus to view the contents and see the what and the where

only use the ones published for the 6000 , but copy and paste the keys into it if you ever need to do so (the type posted by compass, not black devil)

you can also use biss keys for some channels on the spiderbox too , details in the biss forum here at pimps

when you patch the box it becomes multicas so various cards will work inside it 9but not all) , just ensure the chip is on the upper side when you insert it , but do not expect miracles if the card comes from an official paired box
