biss keys 15w

will the biss keys posted 6/9 for esp carribean on 15 w work with spiderbox 9000hd as ive tried putting them in manually with remote but channels not opening never had a problem putting keys for pltv on 10 e or have keys expired already

the two channels are on the same transponder,,,,,that could be the problem,,,,,,delete one channel and the biss key info,,,,,,and see if the other works....if it does you will have to scan the other channel into a differant transponder "example" if one channel is on transponder 12511 then create another transponder frequency 12514 or 12508,,,and scan it ,then delete the channels you dont want,,,,,,,then add that biss key to the new transponder.i had this problem with my spiderbox 6000.

Hi welshpaddy, I had this problem yesterday and found that there was another sat with the same TP freq in the biss list that stopped the keys at 15w opening. This was due to the fact that I had just updated my softcam. I rescanned using a few numbers away from the freq that is given in the biss list ie: eg12123 became 12129 and then manually entered the keys. Hope this helps.
