Samsung Galaxy 18200 s3 no out going sound

Hi Guys

There is no out going sound on this phone. I can hear the voice of the other person who is ringing me but that person can't hear any thing from my side. Can't understand the fault. May be the microphone gone faulty but not sure. There is not much in the menu to diagnose the problem. Any suggestion please! Regards

Assume you've checked in the Settings that the software is either up to date, or not possibly corrupted?

Thanks for the reply. I did check all the settings. I had spoken to the network people and I am told its a hardware fault. Regard
