just registered/patched last week and all good til now but now showing status as connecting ( ie not connected) with no expiry date tho' I has one before and was all ok up until this morning. If allowed , can I ask what is iks reliability like generally for others and if it is not down for other users this morning, then please any help in reconnecting?

Did you put the latest patch on your box before activating IKs if not it maybe that. Load patch from Oct 2013 factory reset then load latest patch remembering to save your channel list before starting this action.

usually its AUG 2013 and factory reset , followed by the latest one (which is july 2014)

make iks is down at the moment as there are other posts about it on here today ?
