dead box DM500HD

My DM500HD will not respond constant green light, I tried to upload a new image and now the box is unresponsive. Does anyone know if this can be saved or repaired.

The box has come back to life and i have the gemini image installed, i am unable to install ccam on this. I have read the how to but i get a ? next to the file when i load it in dcc

Got it sorted at last used dcc files to temp

Use another flash image (for ex. Tsimage,Openpli..)
