Hi I only seem to be able to get V Polarity channels.Any on H Polarity says no signal. Is it a duff LNB.

Probably, as I have had one LNB fail in that way, but it could also be a problem with your receiver, or cable, not getting the signal, to the LNB, to switch between 13v to 18v.
It's more likely to be the LNB but you could test your receiver on another dish, even a simple Sly dish, to confirm it is the LNB.

It could also be the power supply dropping off the pace as it ages, I've had recievers that still work but struggle to voltage switch the polarity.
