iam trying to edit some files on my 800 via cyberduck
it keeps comming back with the following error
553 Could not create file. Please contact your web hosting service provider for assistance.
any help please

I've not tried cyberduck (is it a Mac utility?)

Try DCC from a Widows PC - it works for me.

As does setting the DM800H to be a samba server and then accessing it as a network drive. That should work on any eternal computer.

The only thing you have to be careful about is choosing an editor that leaves the file in Linux format- some screw up the CR/LF protocol which is not the same as a PC. And you may have to change the resulting file permissions (CHMOD in Linux).
