motor dish problem

hi all
i have 1m motor dish was working fine updated vu box to blackhole and now for some reason the motor won't move dish when i tried to set up the system.
the little light on motor flashes but won't move, but if i go into option goto stored position ( or something it moves) so i am sure:cuss: it can't be the motor or could i be wrong?
is it a setting i have messed up ?
please help
the local sat man said 200 quid to fix over the phone said he will replace motor

Which VU+ receiver do you have?
Have youi been into the menu, selected Tuner and set up the motor?

Have you followed one of Lee's guides, from goldwafers, on how to setup the motor?

Have you tried reflashing the box and using usals you just need your Lon & Lat.
