SOLO2 Flash and RAM sizes

Have a friend who has bought a SOLO2 and he has been having problems. I've taken it home to try on my setup and noticed that the System Info display states that it has 192MB flash and 512MB RAM. Thought it was supposed to have 256MB and 1024MB respectively?

If this a bug in the System Info (BH 2.1.2) or could this be a clone?
