Anyone help please in having trouble playing back recordings from spiderbox hd6000 on my lap top

which WINDOWS and version number is on this laptop

which PROGRAM are you using for playback on the laptop ?

what CODEC pack have you installed on this laptop to help in file playback ?

please note that this is the spiderbox forum, not the pc forum (the problem lies with your pc, not the box)
