IKS - Connection Status - Login is failed

Hi I bought a new Spiderbox 6000HD in September from the sponsors. Its been working great until today. When I was watching it earlier it stopped working. It says scrambled service and now my IKS connection status is saying 'Login is failed'

I have an internet connection on the box.

Can anyone help?

It failed for me just after 6pm tonight so don't panic yet, its either maintenance or a technical fault at their end.

hi both myself and my friend had the same thing happen he too reckons its something that should be resolved soon hopefully ,as soon as its working again or if we find out any news on it ,i will let you know ,fingers crossed
