ethernet connection

I have spiderbox 7000hd. I have recently repatched it in this was why I am not opening channels from internet. when I click on Ethernet & click OK menu goes to next page. if I click REGISTER nothing happens & NOT CONNECTED is displayed next to CONNECTION STATUS. IP address, Port, User name & Password are all correct & the C Lines are showing as being connected but no scrambled channels are clearing. any ideas anybody.

the "gift" part you refer to has not been active for a couple of years now, so ignore that part

the last patch was dated mar 29 2012 so ensure you have that patch installed

the only options for ethernet now are the personal ones you are using in accessory - network - client where you have 10 options for your own lines

but the one you refer to just above NEWCAMD Server setup is no longer active and should be ignored and turned to OFF in its menu

I have the patch you refer to. I have turned the Ethernet setting to off as suggested & all the information in network - client is correct as far as I can see but no scrambled channels are clearing.

that is between you and your sea lion supplier , especially if the CCCAM line says CONNECT and is showing cards
