SpiderBox no Image via cccam

hi guys

i have spiderbox 6000HD and for some reasons isnt showing any image when using the cccam clines

i did factory restore and installed latest version of firmware '3 july 14' the cccam do work at another receiver so isnt issue with them

can someone please help

do I need to install anythin else. if so where canI get these files

also is it possible to change the IKS key?

Is this a new box is it on a fixed or motorised dish by image do you mean picture was the cam put on a receiver on the same system more detail plz.

. Contact your supplier and tell him/them that your lines are not opening anything. Nothing to do with spiderbox and illegal to discuss in here.The box is supplied with IKS as a gift (it may or may not work)If you run out of gift just buy a new box.
