Solo2 vucc,dcc help required!

Just received my box with blackhole. During setup I'm having a problem connecting to Vu control center and DCC. My network IPs seem to be ok and when I carry out a network check on my box all show green ticks. As its a new box my password is blank on login.

I'm really confused here and it's becoming really frustrating.
