completly stuck on lnb setup ku or c band

hi all completely stuck re lnb set up.

I have just received a openbox m4 mini very small sat receiver.

I am trying to set this up with my moterised dish, usually used with my spiderbox, sb600 I am on hotbird (picture shows with sbox.

swapping over cables etc to openbox m4, I choose hotbird as the sat from menu,

but I need to set lnb type frequency etc I have options lnb type ku band c band and user but only one gives me

9750/10600 (the same as spiderbox lnb info)

but the transponder seems to be showing something like 4100 and I cannot seem to lower this to eg 11727 (world news on hotbird

i have no idea how to overcome this frustrating problem

if you have 4100 looks like you are set to c band,change /reset to ku band, make sure lnb power is on and tone etc on

set to ku lnb power on 22hz shows auto tone burst a or b?

however tp shows as thus 40561/13250h or 41541/13125v no amount of toggling seems to change anything no idea what to do next
