Vucc problem

I have just received my vu+ solo2 box with BH image. During setup I'm trying to connect to vucc. For some reason it's not connecting. All my IPs are correct and I'm leaving my password blank as the box is brand new from WOS and they didn't set one during flash of image. I have done PING test with command and all is returning back but for some reason my box still doesn't connect. I tried DCC also and I have the same connection issue.
I would really appreciate some pointers to get around this issue.

maybe its time you checked youre previous posts and reply back to what been advised ???
