IKS down?

Hello,

Since earlier this morning I'm unable to connect.

The connection status shows as "connecting" for a while and then goes to "login failed".

It's a new box and the service was only activated in last couple of weeks. Last time I looked the expiry date ws not till the end of 2015.

Anyone else having problems?

Internet up and running ok.

mine shows expiry 2015...working ok here...try rebooting your box or router...or both

Hi

Working fine here. Check your internet connection to the box. Is it hard wired or WiFi? If its WiFi you need more than 20% signal to open any of these channels..

Unplugged/plugged everything. Restarted. All now ok.

Its been up and down a bit on a few occasions, but still ok for most of the time.
