Can you point me in the right direction for the latest 5400 patch, is 1.56 the latest one?

Also can the Technomate 5400 Super clear 7east??

Think also latest patch does not open what's left of Bulsat

Kept 1.56 on as it does clear 39e. Was looking to get 7e somehow.
