Am getting Universal Channel Signal 78% Quality 52%. Lots of freezing Should I be able to get better quality signal? Based in Gloucestershire

What sat/provider? 52% Q is a bit low for some channels (in bad weather) while on others its not that much of an issue.

Which Universal channel? There are 3, Universal Channel UK, Universal Channel Ireland and Universal Channel +1, is it all of these or one in particular?

I get a 85% signal I live in the nottingham area, so somewhere you dish out or lnb check the cable.

all 3 are 82s and 84q here in north west uk , so your alignment must be "out"
