Sorry I have misread the original enquiry and posted the following without fully understanding the nature of the problem
Just reboot your box for starters.(menu reboot) If it doesnt help do a full power cycle (unplug from mains and reconnect) There isn't any problem report from other IKS users so probably the fault lies at your end. Just try to reset and post back if it helped or not (if the soft or full reset doesn't help check the router as Voyager suggested)
Then again, if the problem was only an intermittent drop of access to the server re-booting (soft or full ) usually helps

yes, save your channel list and turn the networking off like it tells you to do in the posts in there (follow those instructions EXACTLY, no short cuts)

then factory reset, load that patch , factory reset again , load your channels list, switch networking back on and test

ALWAYS try to stay up to date with the firmwares

then check if the iptv works , or stuff like you tube or weather etc

The OP has yet to say how long he has had the receiver, did he buy it new or is it a second user receiver, it could be that the gift channels etc have expired, or how long has he had the current problem, until we get to know this we are just guessing at what the problem is.

Does that mean that you bought the receiver in January 2014, and if so then the gift channels may have expired, and you will not connect to the server.

it only lasts for 12 months , so that is why it failed, it has expired, defunct , kaput , gone , dead as a dodo, no longer alive

Go to Menu -> Others -> See if IPTV is there - if so click on IPTV - If you see the option to Update - press the Blue Button - and then the receiver will update the IPTV Channels - it will also reboot and then you should be able to view the IPTV Channels.

Unfortunately you cannot pick and choose which IPTV Channels you wish to see, you have to take what is given and the same applies for all other users also, after all they are Free.

you can find and add your own iptv channels to your own lists if you wanted to and had the links
there are sticky threads explaining this although you would have to use google to find your own iptv feeds

but as mentioned above, there are up to 400 in each list and 4 lists to choose from
the ones in the list may or may not work, but you only "see" or choose what is on the pre-provided list

seems to me you need to read more of those sticky threads, as you dont seem to have done much reading so far

Have to agree with you Aldo, crazy really, suppose there will soon be a glut of 13 month 6000 Spiderboxes for sale. Handy if you are looking for standard sat box with all the extra add ons going for it, what price the seller would ask for his old second hand box is a difficult question!

Spderbox hd600 itself is worthy without IKS . What I think is that iks is there just as a gift to let us know that there are " other ways " to make Hd600 one of the best . Iks have expired long time ago on my box and I can still watch anything I like . So NO IKS , NO PROBLEM .

You can upload your lines via USB stick if you wish too.

All you need to do is to create a file called yourname.cnd in the notepad and drop your lines in there then upload to your box.
Sample file attached (with a dummy N and C line) to save you looking all over the place for it. Just replace the dummy lines wih your own save to your memory stick and load to your box. (Menu->System settings->Software Update->OK->S/W Upgrade->OK->Down to root and right to the list of files-> select your file and OK ->Confirm when asked. Done
If your port number on the line is less than 5 digits use 0's before the number ie. its 601 use 00601 You can find the file I was reffering to on the above link
