6000 Channel Editor 2.1.1 - 29/06/14


The editor wont run as it says it needs file "Classless.Hasher.dll" to work I cannot install the update below, my pc says I already have a higher version.

Any clues what is needed ? v210 still works ok. I posted too soon, I just did a reboot and 210 doesn't work now either.

I found "Classless.Hasher.dll", it must have been in the original download but got put into a separate folder which the exe file couldn't find, now its in the same folder it works ok.

Some of my old lists made with earlier versions don't work with the newest d/l which is no great loss as they are out of date, I did a channel list by provider order about 3 months which has gone awol at the mo , when I find it I'll post it if it still works ok.

Your correct, "Classless.Hasher.dll" MUST be in the same folder as the "6000 Channel Editor.exe", this dll scrapes the data from KOS.
We added a start-up check in this release to warn users.

There is an known bug, where if you download more than 6000 channels limit, you MUST delete some of the channels before importing your Favourite list, or you CAN'T save the SSU file, also it gets the channel sat numbers wrong, hopefully it will be fixed shortly.

The rest of the editor is just fantastic when you put the time in to create your own Internet download packages, then you can auto update all your channels in just a few seconds, saves weeks of time, just love it.
