hi anybody having trouble with re,tube on spiderbox6000 showing up unsupported file or is it just my box,

It is not a program that I usually use, however I have just tried it and I had the same problem, even when I click on the OK Button to see if it would load, the receiver rebooted, so obviously there must be some problem with it, I feel sure that should blackdevil see this thread he will tell us what the problem is.

same problem here, I was using r/tube ok then when I went back to listings it showed unsupported file and rebooted, I have had this problem in the past but thanks to blackdevil it was sorted so hopefully this will be too , thanks

It would appear that only blackdevil or one of the team doing the upgrades etc could answer that query.

We have seen this problem,these sites have changed their code system,so there is this issue.
We are trying to solve it.

Watch R/T and YouP on your laptop, tablet or PC if this is your bag, IMO the short clips on these sites are weak and watered down, the satellite broadcast ***** stuff is as boring as watching paint dry, bring back the 1980's content when the films or video's had some credibility from the performers unlike now where it is so mechanical, viagra fueled, unnatural and in many mucky and perverse. Must be getting old and desensitized.

No nothing yet, BD will let us know when anything happens.

In fact we fixed it 2 days ago and it did work for some hours untill they changed something again.
We are testing it now and we will release it tomorrow or after tomorrow.

I upgraded by network today and did a test and the problem has been resolved for now.

i can confirm weston calling is correct in his post...Just done a upgrade...system settings...software update...upgrade by network...software upgrade
select http://default...click red button on remote to upgrade...box reboots...now everything works...

since i did this update...software update...not only has the yxx and redxxx been fixed
but all now to seem to load more quickly...and the fastforward etc respond perfectly
(before the fix...doing fast forward on a video would sometimes freeze ...and even reboot box)
once again...great job guys...

highlight software upgrade http default
now using your red button on remote start upgrade
after its done...box will reboot...and everything will work
then if you go menu...system settings...system info...it should now read

Maybe this is why it is discontinued? A cheap box getting the hobby going again? Can not cope with everyone's tastes?...

We always fix and they still change their code so they go off.
We are testing redt*be which it seems working fine now and we are fixing youp**n.
I hope i will be able to release new patch in next days.
