Good morning to everyone

I have the receiver Icecrypt STC1650CHD and I need help because it is blocked, turn on, appears a empty channel and in two seconds the screen is black, and doesnt' works the remote control, only if I press Menu, the screen turn middle in blue (up) and middle in black (down) and it doesn't show the menu.

Anyone can help me in order to reset and configure again? How I can to connect to my computer? Is it compatible the firmware of s1600chd with this receiver?
