Channel list is blank

All

I’ve had my vu+ sole se for a few days now all fine apart from channel’s list.
I upload the Catseye list via vucc, restart click favs & the channels folders are empty.

Please help

press the down arrow and then the blue button , see if the channel listing bouquets are visible

otherwise, try loading the box using dreamboxedit instead

No don't have the options to do that. As it will go back to blue= favourites

Check your sat configuration settings -sounds like something is not set up right

I reset the sat config settings, Did a channel scan all working fine now
