spiderbox hd6000 set up problems

hi please can anybody help me i have recently purchased a spiderbox hd6000 and i cant get it set up i paid for a subcription which isnt working i just cant seem to get anywhere with it at all thanks

follow the instructions listed in the sticky threads for setting this up for the first time

the files and channel lists can also be found in the SPIDERBOX sub forums

so when your box has the july 2014 patch on it and a channel list etc, plus its connected to the net via your router , only then try and add a sea lion
