BBC HD picture problems

Is it just me and my set up BBC HD 10847 V 23000 on watching the Liverpool V Bolton match the picture stutters every now & then i thought the channel was FTA

has anyone the same problem, this has always been a problem for me, would turning lines off make any difference?

It is FTA and fine here for me and my lines are all on.

signal 78% and quality 73% not windy Nikkas i really don't know why that channel always been like this, all other FTA HD channels like ITV are 100% stutter free?

Same here with 99% signal, I think it is the broadcast.
