Sly tv box

Hi all. Just a quick question about sly boxes. If you tune extra channels on your sly HD+ box (DRX890w) by entering transponder details, they come up not on epg but in an "other channels menu" . They show ok but its impossible to record them! Is there a way around this I am wondering?

I guess they dont come up on epg up as card is locked to my address and the channels are for a different geographical location

Any ideas would be helpful

They are classed as 'other, extra' channels hence the Sly+ software can't handle it mate!

cheers, as you would expect I suppose, I wonder why the sorfware allows the extra tuning in the first place?
