cannot log into satpimps with my moto g

hi all had my moto g a while now, but am a complete nob as regards using it properly.

I have tried to access satpimps by inputing user name and password but it keeps saying one or the other is incorrect.

but inputing the same details on pc all is fine.

no idea how to overcome this

Suppose it's a daft question mate, but you are ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN that you entered BOTH user name AND password correctly - and presumably in 'lowers' character-wise, as these devices can have to be totally correct in every way?
