problem? down load recovery 3times for spider 6000 hd..i get to 3 choices,box to red message reads.vart stop.No or Bad app in Flash.(help please).all so.not all bugs fixed .box crashed .when deleting all sats.

Have you followed all of the instructions in the recovery tool file, and make sure that you have a Null Modem Cable, the info is here:

Got as far as nb10 on instruction then message. With n/m cable box stop looping stays at red. Thanks for reply.

It would appear that you have missed this out: 2. Turn off STB - and that means Off at the wall, not with the On/Off switch at the rear of the receiver, and the rest of the info should be on your PC.

Pull the plug then = Power OFF.

Which version of windows are you using, have you Unzipped the recovery file, and could you please explain how you come to get the following: Vart stop ? No or bad App in flash.

Windows xp 95 file unzipped and unblocked.re run again, now saying,upgrade application with modem please send upgrade file .now showing lines cccc, box red light staying on,
