Spiderbox 7000hd 100% signal 2% quality

Just bought a 7000hd secondhand to put upstairs as i have a 6000hd downstairs . I have unplugged the 6000HD and plugged the 7000HD into the sly dish to set it up but get no signal quality only 2% and it wont find any channels but it works fine on my 6000HD :07: HAVE I BOUGHT A DUFF BOX ?

looks like it , assuming you have set it up correctly in lnb settings and are checking a working transponder

maybe load the latest compass 7k/9k channel list and test a known to be working fta channel, like the bbc one
