EPG on IceCrypt 3500

Hey guys. I have FAC.ICECRYPT.S3500HDCCI.v2.11.34 the latest firmware for my S3500HDCCI and I'm only getting Now and Next EPG data from the Satellite itself, rather than from Open TV EPG. If I choose Express EPG in the EPG screen and select MHW EPG it hangs for a while and grabs Now and Next, but if I choose Open TV EPG the message says "Tune to the Open TV EPG TP" and doesn't download anything.

When I rescued the box itself from a family member who wasn't using it, it still had the original Fireware as purchased and Open TV EPG grabbed the 7 day guide no problem. I have the latest Plugin Bundle but I don't see anything in there relating to EPG.

I've seen other posts from people saying they have the EPG working on this model with no issues. Do I perhaps need to SSH into the machine from a Terminal and edit some configuration files? Is there a plugin anyone could recommend for a seven day guide?

Latest firmware is 2.12.15
Open TV EPG Tp is for 28deg E
Load one bouquet of 6 channels, press fav and select on for standby, exit and put box into standby.
Wait 5 minutes and put box on.
All your channels on 28deg E should have populated the EPG for 7 days.

As you have the latest firmware loaded onto this forum, maybe you could try Google and insert your receiver details and firmware 2.12.15, and see what you get.

Red and green boot-sequence lights flash alternately for a few seconds and then the red light flashes on its own. The firmware update has bricked my satellite box less than a week before the start of the Formula 1 season. I think I'm about to burst into actual tears.
