xbmc av cable help please.

running kodi14.1 on my andriod box but for some inknown reason can get it to work
with my av cable that came with it tried another cable and just the same so i know
the cable is fine it works perfectly fine using hdmi lead any ideas lads be grateful
its just ive only one hdmi port on the tv which i use for my sat box .

cant answer the AV question but have ideas as regards the tv issue with hdmi

use a hdmi splitter box with multiple inputs and one output to the tv input

like 3 IN 1 OUT 1080P HDMI Switch/Switcher/Splitter Port Way Hub Cable HDTV 1080 3D from an @uction site

this automatically selects the live feed, OR you use a button on the box to do so

many other hdmi splitters exist, some with remote controls, others with buttons on them
