How to renew IKS ?

Is there another way to get another year of IKS ?

The forum has not been disabled, you would have to register to gain access, and if you have tried you would have seen the following message:

Sorry, registration has been disabled by the administrator.

I have tried and I have seen that message, hence my question.

How do I register if registrations have been disabled ?
