This is really, really weird.

Same set up for 2 Vu+ Duo boxes, bought at the same time from the same supplier (100% genuine boxes)

Fixed dish twin input set at 28e
Blackhole 2.1.5
cccam 2.3.0
same line of coding (it is allowed with provider, on same network)

Sports 1 - 5, SSN, SSF1 not clearing - all other channels clear fine including movies, bt sport and general entertainment.

I've tried the line of coding on my Vu+ Duo2 and it clears these channels

I've tried
1. Moving boxes to my house to eliminate DECT or similar interference
2. My line of coding from a different provider (that works on my Duo2)
3. Installing Blackhole 2.1.4
4. Installing Vix

Nothing clears these channels

I am not at all familiar with Vix, so am a novice on it

One thing I have noticed is with Vix the "Tuner A" in the info box is coloured red but when the channel clears, it turns to white, but the affected channels, it stays Red and a tuner failed error appear (although on BH I'm getting signal of 78%

The channels are split over 2 frequencies, 12109 H and 11914 V so this would kind of rule out any issues with the DECT issue and it's affecting 2 boxes.

Any ideas would be most welcome as it is doing my head in - Thanks

could be because they recently changed the FEC from 2/3 to 5/6 on the tuning

read this https://www.satpimps.co.uk/showthread.php?171063-lost-channels

https://www.satpimps.co.uk/showthread.php?162175-Sky-UK-28-2-East-Latest-Changes/page9 post #173 too

do a manual rescan on those transponders and change the fec to 5/6 before hitting scan

dozens of channels were affected by this recent change

when finished, retest your affected channels

those people with fec set to AUTO dont appear to have had a problem

ps 12110 H is in the list but the 11914 is H not V

only one V is listed out of the 5 I listed

Thanks mate, after hours of scratching head and numerous reflashing, and all that goes with it. The simple fix did the job LOL
