Hello
I have looked and looked all over the box for the device manager for me to mount the hard drive but I can't find the option anywhere on the box, does anyone know where I can find it??
Thanks in advance

Hello and welcome to the forum.

It depends on the image that you are using, have a good look and search the Duo section with your image details. If you need more help post again with more info.

Is it internal or external?

I last used VTI about a year ago and from what I can remember there was a VTI device manager, short press on blue button and either the Vti section or plugins at least that is where it was. But the last time I used the image it would not hold the mount on reboot.

Good luck.
